I am a Safety Leadership Coach and HSE Consultant with over 15 years of international experience in the Oil & Gas, Construction, and Industrial sectors across Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, and Egypt.
Throughout my career, I have worked with leading organizations including Shell, Oman LNG, QatarEnergy, Qatar Petrochemical Company (QAPCO), North Oil Company, and GASAL (Air Liquide), supporting major projects and operations in high-risk environments. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of what it takes to build strong safety cultures and lead teams safely under challenging conditions.
I have trained over 1,000 supervisors, managers, and safety professionals, helping them shift from simply managing safety to leading it. As an experienced incident investigator, I have seen firsthand that most workplace incidents can be prevented through strong leadership, accountability, and proactive risk management.
Today, through BETACH Consulting Services, my mission is to develop safety leaders, transform workplace culture, and help organizations create safer, more productive work environments where people return home safely every day.
